How to participate and win fabulous prizes!
Step 1
Visit a Participating Venue Celebrate the holiday season responsibly by visiting one of our Zero Hero participating venues. These locations are committed to promoting responsible drinking and driving throughout the year by rewarding the designtaed driver with free soft drinks. To help spread the #XmasSpirit and until 5th January EVERYONE that visits one of these venues is up to win exciting prizes !
Step 2
Check out the zerohero website for participating venues and visit as many as you can. For every visit where you spend 20€ or ever you will receive a #ZeroHero #XmasSpirit lottery ticket.

Register your lottery ticket number

Follow Us and the venue you were given your lottery ticket on Instagram & Tag Us at the Venue Make sure to follow us on Instagram @ZeroHero and tag us in a post or story when you’re enjoying yourself at any of our participating venues. The tag should be made at the venue while you’re consuming, so we can verify your entry. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #XmasSpiritZeroHero! Same applies for the venue where you were given your ticket.
Step 5
Confirm Your Entry Check your email for confirmation and ensure your details are correct. You can participate as many times as you like as long as you fulfill the rquirements of the lottery.
Step 6
Stay Tuned Winners will be selected at random and announced on the 6th January 2024 through our website and social media. Be sure to follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for updates!

Raffle Rules
- Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 or older. Participation is free.
- How to Enter: Register via the form on our website.
- Raffle Period: Entries are accepted from 8th December 2024 to 3rd January 2024.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be announced on 4th January 2024 at 4 PM through our social media channels and website.
- Prizes: Cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Notification: Winners will be contacted via email or phone. If unresponsive within 1 month, a new winner will be chosen.
- Data Protection: Personal data will only be used for the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.
- Disqualification: Fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.
- Organiser Rights: The organiser reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the raffle in unforeseen circumstances.
- Acceptance of Rules: By entering, participants agree to these terms.
